We invite you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa appointment to change and enjoy a beverage, or to just relax and prepare for your treatment. As a courtesy to the next guest, treatments will end on time regardless of whether they began late due to late arrival.
If you are a "first time" client, please complete and bring with you our client information form.
Please make outside arrangements for your children. Children are not allowed in the spa without an appointment.
In order to provide a peaceful spa experience, we do not permit alcohol, pagers, cell phones or smoking anywhere in La Vita Bella. Guests must be at least 12 years old, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Little Diva Day parties, for girls 4-12 years of age, will be scheduled during specially reserved business hours on Tuesdays and Sundays by appointment only.
La Vita Bella Day Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Pregnancy Safety Policy
Please note that no body treatments will be performed during pregnancy. Aromatherapy oils will not be used in the prenatal massage. We advise you to seek the consent of your doctor prior to receiving any spa treatments.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, La Vita Bella gift certificates, Spa Finder gift certificates, checks or cash.
Purchase five of any SINGLE service and receive the sixth service free. All five treatments must be purchased at one time. (Not including packages)
Gift Certificates can be purchased for any monetary amount, or a certain service or package.
Gratuities
We want your experience at La Vita Bella to be relaxing and enjoyable. Gratuities are always left to the discretion of our clients. Our check-out desk will be happy to process your gratuities. Unless noted, Gift Certificates for our spa packages do not include gratuities.
CANCELLATIONS
To ensure your preferred appointment times and to allow our therapists to prepare an individualized experience for you, spa services are guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking. A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours, or if there is a no-show the day of the appointment, BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE WAS RESERVED FOR YOU, you will be charged 50% of the full value of the scheduled appointment(s) which will be posted to the credit card under which the appointment was booked. Spa packages, parties & multiple service bookings require a 48 hour notice for all cancellations/rescheduling.
Gift CertificateS
The Gift Certificate is a prepaid payment device that when purchased, can be loaded with a fixed dollar or specified service or spa package. K.S.A. 50-6,108 states that gift cards / certificates have an expiration of 5 years, however, a merchant shall may charge a fee against the balance of a gift card until after 12 months have passed from the date of purchase. We encourage you to use your La Vita Bella gift certificate soon! While you may leave available funds, as defined herein, on the gift certificate as long as you wish, starting 12 months and one day after the date your gift certificate was purchased, and subject to applicable law, we will deduct a monthly service fee of $2.50 from your available funds. Only one gift certificate (La Vita Bella OR Spa Finder) per visit and black out dates may apply.
Lost or Stolen CertificatesYOU AGREE TO SAFEGUARD YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE AND TREAT IT LIKE CASH. If your Gift Certificate is lost, stolen or used improperly, contact us immediately at the Customer Service Number. You must provide the Gift Certificate number and other identifying details. We cannot provide a replacement Certificate if you do not have your Gift Certificate number available. If our records show that there are still Available Funds remaining on the Gift Certificate, we will cancel the Gift Certificate and send you a replacement Certificate. Subject to applicable law, when replacing a lost or stolen Gift Certificate, we willdeduct a $4.95 replacement Certificate fee from your Available Funds.
